- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site readiness, including adequate space, power supply, and safety arrangements prior to delivery and installation.
- Installation, training, and demonstration services will be provided as per the agreed scope and schedule.
- Business data provided to us is treated with strict confidentiality and used only for service delivery and support.
- Warranty coverage is strictly subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, electrical issues, or lack of maintenance.
- Any modifications, cancellations, or changes to confirmed orders must be mutually agreed upon and may be subject to additional charges.
- SSS Machine Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased products.
- All purchases are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu.
