SSS Machine Services provides warranty coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the respective product manufacturer. Warranty duration and coverage details may vary depending on the machine model and will be communicated separately at the time of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal operating conditions. However, it does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, electrical fluctuations, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, or failure to follow operating instructions.
To maintain warranty validity, customers must ensure routine maintenance and periodic oiling as per the recommended guidelines. Failure to perform regular maintenance or using non-approved spare parts may void the warranty.
Any warranty claim must be supported with proof of purchase and reported within the applicable warranty period. SSS Machine Services reserves the right to inspect and verify the issue before approving warranty service or replacement.
